The pest manager can demonstrate at any point that every trap has been monitored, when each trap last communicated, and when any capture event occurred.

Professional Installation

Attach the MinkPolice sensor to the trap so it detects mechanical closure. Register the device in the free MinkPolice online portal. Set alert preferences (SMS, email, or both). Confirm GSM signal is present at the installation location. The sensor begins monitoring immediately on registration.

Maintenance

Monitor battery status via the online portal. Replace AA Lithium batteries when the low battery alert is received - approximately annually under standard daily status reporting.
Check device registration and alert settings on each site visit.

Warranty

Pest IT warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies under normal use and installation conditions. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, modification, normal wear and tear, or consumable components. Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
