Shipping policy

Where we ship

Australia‑wide [and NZ if applicable]. We don’t ship to PO Boxes for bulky or dangerous goods.

Handling times

Orders leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding VIC public holidays). Tracking will be provided by email.

Delivery timeframes

Metro 2–5 business days; regional/remote 3–10 business days. Timeframes are estimates only.

Carriers & ATL

We use [AusPost/StarTrack/CouriersPlease/Aramex]. You may authorise Authority To Leave (ATL) at checkout. If ATL is selected, risk transfers on drop at the address.

Freight surcharges

Heavy/bulky or remote deliveries may attract a surcharge; we’ll contact you before dispatch.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or non‑collection, we can reship (additional freight) or refund less original shipping.
