Change of mind
Unopened, unused items in saleable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is at your cost.
Exclusions: custom‑cut goods, special orders, clearance items, and products not suitable for return due to hygiene/safety once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty goods — your ACL rights
If a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we may repair, replace or refund within a reasonable time.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the ACL.
How to lodge a return
Email nettie@pestit.com with your order number, item(s), reason and photos/video (if faulty). We’ll provide an RMA and instructions.
For approved faults we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Incorrect/damaged on arrival
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a reship or replacement parts.
