About Eagle Eye Wind Kit

The wind-powered Eagle Eye kit for sites where running power to deterrent positions is not practical or cost-effective. Agricultural properties, vineyard perimeters, orchard tree lines, aquaculture facilities, and remote commercial buildings all present locations where cable runs or solar panels are not viable at every position. The Wind Kit brings Eagle Eye deterrence to those positions without any electrical infrastructure. For the pest manager designing a multi-unit system, Wind Kits supplement the motorised units by covering remote positions at a fraction of the per-unit cost. The same rotating reflective pyramid mechanism as the motorised range, driven by wind through a double-bearing system that responds to even a light breeze. Current holographic surfaces deliver the same deterrence intensity. Silver for land birds. Red for marine and aquatic species. Includes post and base for straightforward installation. On larger sites, mixing motorised units (at the high-priority positions near buildings and infrastructure) with Wind Kits (at the perimeter) creates broader coverage without the cost of powering every position. The total system cost drops while the total coverage area increases. That is the economics that makes a comprehensive Eagle Eye system viable for properties where a fully motorised array would be cost-prohibitive. When wind is minimal or the site is sheltered, a motorised unit is more reliable. For night-time deterrence, the Wind Kit has no light source after dark: pair with a 240V Kit and LED Light Kit for overnight coverage. Quarterly cleaning is mandatory.
