About AvePro Deluxe Bird Netting 19mm

Knotted HDPE bird exclusion netting that eliminates bird access to enclosed and semi-enclosed spaces on commercial and industrial buildings. 19mm square aperture excludes large pest birds (pigeons, seagulls, crows, cockatoos) and small urban birds (sparrows, starlings, mynas). The complete exclusion specification for any site with mixed species or where these smaller birds are present. 68 GSM, 1.0mm 600D twisted and knotted twine, heat-sealed, pre-stretched, UV-stabilised. 10-year manufacturer warranty on UV resistance. This is not orchard netting. Nor is it fishing net repurposed for buildings. It is an engineered product built for permanent architectural installation in Australian and New Zealand conditions: UV intensity, coastal salt exposure, temperature cycling. Orchard nets are woven nylon that absorbs moisture, stretches, sags, and degrades. Fishing nets look similar but are not pre-stretched and will sag under horizontal architectural loads. The performance difference shows up in the first wet season.
