Tools for cutting, ringing, crimping, tensioning
Avepro Heavy Duty Cable Cutters and AvePro Net Shears handle sizing of stainless steel cable and HDPE netting. AvePro Spike Cutting Shears cut stainless steel bird spike bases. AvePro Pneumatic Net Ring Tool attaches netting to cable at 3 to 4x manual speed; the AvePro Manual Tool handles residential and one-off jobs. AvePro Crimping Tool and AvePro 2.6mm Ferrules secure stainless steel cable terminations. AvePro Bird Wire Tool crimps the BirdWire-specific ferrules. Adhesives. AvePro Bond and AvePro Bond Clear
AvePro Bond is the polyurethane adhesive used to bond Avepro Bird Spikes, Shock Track, Bird Angle, Bird Slide, BirdWire Bases, and Huntsman to almost all building surfaces. UV stable, dries flexible, neutral cure, made in New Zealand for the rigours of the harsh Australian climate. One AvePro Bond cartridge fixes 10 to 12 metres of Bird Spike, 10 to 15 metres of Bird Shock, 10 to 12 metres of Bird Slide, or 125 BirdWire PVC Bases. AvePro Bond Clear is the high-grade clear bond for strong attachment to glass and other surfaces where colour visibility matters.
Cables, ferrules, hardware
AvePro 2.4mm 7x7 stainless steel cable is the structural backbone of every netting install. 306 grade. AvePro Pad Eye, Net Bolt, Eye Bolt, Beam Clip, Masonry Anchor are the corner fittings for net installs across stone, masonry, steel beams, and other surfaces. AvePro Turnbuckles tension the cable. AvePro Air Net Rings (galvanised or stainless) and Manual Net Rings secure netting to cable. AvePro Solar Exclusion Clips and Solar Panel Speed Clips handle PV-array exclusion fixings.
Energisers and brand-to-system matching
Avepro Solar Energiser, AvePro 240V Energiser Small, and AvePro 240V Energiser Large power Avepro Shock Track and Tree Shock installations. Solar avoids mains compliance scope and is right for remote, agricultural, and difficult-power-access sites. Mains 240V is right for commercial buildings with stable power. Match brand to system: AvePro Energisers run AvePro Shock Track and Tree Shock; Eagle Eye Power Supply runs Eagle Eye visual deterrents. Cross-matching loses warranty.
Safety labels for electrified deterrents
Every Shock Track and Tree Shock install requires a visible warning label per AS/NZS 3000. Order one per install run; missing labels are a non-compliance finding on audit. WHS, AS/NZS 3760 test-and-tag, RCD protection
Mains-powered tools (Pneumatic Net Ring Tool, Digital Track Tester) require AS/NZS 3760 test-and-tag for the operator's WHS register. Mains energisers require RCD protection per AS/NZS 3000. Manual tools require general-trade PPE. Document the install support spec on the works register; the test-and-tag date, warning label placement, and RCD compliance all live on the register.
