Full exclusion for solar panels. The highest-confidence intervention in the Solar Exclusion Range. Once mesh is installed and clipped correctly, bird access is physically impossible. No conditioning, no deterrence to wear off. Permanent exclusion from day one.

Professional Installation

  1. Remove fouling and nesting material. Clean with AvePro Gotta Go.
  2. Measure the panel perimeter requiring exclusion.
  3. Cut mesh to length - wear gloves, cut stainless edges are sharp.
  4. Attach clips to the mesh edge approximately every 500mm.
  5. Clip onto the solar panel frame lip. No drilling, no adhesive.
  6. Confirm the mesh base sits flush against the roof surface.

Standard residential array (20-24 panels): experienced installer 2-3 hours. Homeowner 3-4 hours. Trade Install

Maintenance

No ongoing maintenance required.
Annual visual inspection to confirm clips are secure and mesh has not been disturbed.
If a section has been lifted (tradesperson access, extreme weather), refit and add additional clips.

Safety

Wear gloves when cutting and handling stainless steel mesh - cut edges are sharp.
