This online store is operated by Pest IT Pty Ltd (ABN 53 108 027 694). By placing an order you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts & orders

An order is accepted when we email a confirmation or ship the goods. Please keep your account details secure.

Pricing & taxes

All prices are in AUD and [incl./excl.] GST. We may correct errors before or after acceptance.

Payment

We accept [Shopify Payments cards, PayPal, etc.]. By paying you authorise the provider to debit your nominated method.

Shipping & risk

See our Shipping Policy. Title passes on full payment; risk of loss passes on delivery to your address or safe‑drop as instructed.

Returns & warranties

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to our Returns/Refunds Policy and any manufacturer warranty.

Prohibited use

Don’t misuse the store (malware, scraping, illegal content) or attempt unauthorised access.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all non‑ACL warranties and limit our liability for non‑major failures to the resupply of goods/services or the cost of resupply.
